The Bary Clukstein Case

Interactive Fiction

Who is Bary Clukstein? A brilliant engineer? An ordinary family man? One thing is certain: his mysterious work at Foster Research, a company based in Arizona during the 1950s, raises deep and unsettling questions.

Born from a fascination with the strange atmosphere of the behind-the-scenes photographs from 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Bary Clukstein Case is an interactive short story that takes the player inside a microcomputer, where a detective has chosen to record his investigation notes. Its fully interactive narrative structure reinforces the tangible and believable nature of what is both an alternate-history experiment and a visual experience.
